Oreo brownies

Hi guys,
I have been thinking to do a baking post for a while and this week I had some free time so I decided to bake oreo brownies. These brownies actually came out very well so please try out this recipe out and comment how it went down below.

Ingredients:
165g butter (plus extra for greasing)
200g Dark chocolate
3 Eggs
2tsp Vanilla extract
2tbsp Plain flour
1tbsp Cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
154g oreos broken into quarters

1. Preheat the  oven to gas mark 4, 180c, 160c(fan oven) or 350f and grease the tin with butter.

2. Break the chocolate into small pieces and put it with the butter into a heatproof bowl. Then place the bowl over a bowl or pan of hot water( make sure the water is not boiling and the bowl with the chocolate is not touching the water.) Leave it for a few minutes until the chocolate has melted.

3. Whisk the eggs and vanilla extract together in a large bowl

4. Add the sugar to the egg mix and mix it.

5. Then add the melted chocolate to the egg mix and then mix it in.

6. Add in the cocoa powder, flour and salt to the mixture and mix.

7. Then stir in the oreos into the mixture but leave some oreos behind.

8. Pour the brownie mixture into the tin and scatter the remaining biscuits over the top.

9. Bake on the middle shelf for 25-30 minutes. The middle should be very slightly gooey.

10. Take the brownies out and leave them to cool. Cut the brownies into squares and enjoy:)

Anyway I hoped you liked this blogpost
