Oreo brownies

Hi guys,
I have been thinking to do a baking post for a while and this week I had some free time so I decided to bake oreo brownies. These brownies actually came out very well so please try out this recipe out and comment how it went down below.

Ingredients:
165g butter (plus extra for greasing)
200g Dark chocolate
3 Eggs
2tsp Vanilla extract
2tbsp Plain flour
1tbsp Cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
154g oreos broken into quarters

1. Preheat the  oven to gas mark 4, 180c, 160c(fan oven) or 350f and grease the tin with butter.

2. Break the chocolate into small pieces and put it with the butter into a heatproof bowl. Then place the bowl over a bowl or pan of hot water( make sure the water is not boiling and the bowl with the chocolate is not touching the water.) Leave it for a few minutes until the chocolate has melted.

3. Whisk the eggs and vanilla extract together in a large bowl

4. Add the sugar to the egg mix and mix it.

5. Then add the melted chocolate to the egg mix and then mix it in.

6. Add in the cocoa powder, flour and salt to the mixture and mix.

7. Then stir in the oreos into the mixture but leave some oreos behind.

8. Pour the brownie mixture into the tin and scatter the remaining biscuits over the top.

9. Bake on the middle shelf for 25-30 minutes. The middle should be very slightly gooey.

10. Take the brownies out and leave them to cool. Cut the brownies into squares and enjoy:)

My everyday makeup routine

Hi guys,
Today I thought I would a everyday make up routine and show you some of my current favourite makeup products. Usually do this makeup routine if I'm going shopping or going out somewhere.

The first thing I do is to prime my face. I use the L'Oreal infallible primer which helps to keep you matte all day. Then I put my naked skin concealer on my under eyes, nose and spots. I buff this in with the real techniques stippling brush or the real techniques miracle complexion sponge These makeup brushes are amazing and I would recommend these to anyone. Then I finish my base off by setting my makeup into place with my Rimmel stay matte power. I usually skip foundation because I don't really think it makes any difference on my face.

The next thing I do is my cheeks. I start off with a little bit of bronzer to define my cheekbones and bit of highlighter to give a dewy look. The I put on some blush on the apple of my cheeks to give me a bit of colour on my cheeks.

The next thing I do are my eyes. I firstly put on the eye primer from the seventeen easy on the eye primer on my eyes. Then put the colour warm ivory(1st bottom) all over my eyes then I put the colour radient gold(2nd bottom) on the middle of my eyelids and then I put the colour baked chestnut (4th bottom) on my crease. This palette is very diverse and you are able to create lots of good makeup looks.I blend this all in with the real techniques domed eye shadow brush
. Then I do a cat eye with the maybelline masterink, this is my current favourite eyeliner. to finish off my look I used the better than sex mascara.

The last thing I do is put the nyx soft matte lipcream on my lips and then finish my look off with the urban decay setting spray to keep my makeup in place.

Sorry for the late upload but my camera was not working. Anyway I hope you liked this blogpost.

Selfridges Haul

Hi guys,
Last Sunday I went to oxford street and since I hardly ever go to London I decided to go to Selfridges. Also, I have never been to Selfridges before so it was very new and exciting.  Most of the clothes were completely out of my price range but I got some makeup.

<script async defer data-pin-hover="true" data-pin-color="red" data-pin-tall="true" src="//assets.pinterest.com/js/pinit.js"></script>
First thing I brought was the nyx soft matte lip cream. It is in the shade Abu Dhabi which is a pink nude, it also looks a bit like the Kylie Jenner lip kit which is an added bonus. I have been wanting this for a while but I can never find it in-store and I hate buying makeup I have not tried online. So when I saw this in Selfridges I had to buy it.

The second thing I brought was the nyx intense butter gloss. It is in the shade toasted marshmallow which is a glossy deep purple shade. It is also really pigmented and glossy and a very pretty shade. Although it is very sticky so I would not recommend wearing this on a windy day.

The third thing I got is the L'Oreal infallible mattifying base. I actually lost the cap which is really annoying because I always lose some product. It has a clear gel like consistency that makes your skin feel very smooth which creates a great makeup base.

The last thing I got was the mac mineralize skin finish. This is in the shade NC 44 and has a runny consistency but has good coverage. It also creates a great dewy look which is amazing for summer and spring.

Anyway I hoped you like this blogpost and please follow me on bloglovin.

April Favourites

Follow my blog with Bloglovin
Hi guys,
I was looking at my old blog posts and I saw that I have not done a monthly favourites in forever. Which is crazy because I have lots of new favourites that I want to show you. So here are you have it, my April favourites.

My first favourite is the urban decay naked concealer. Ok, I have only had this for a few weeks but it has already become my favourite concealer. This concealer is super blendable, covers up spots and feels like skin which is perfect for people who hate wearing heavy makeup.

My second favourite is the soap and glory clean on me. This stuff is amazing!! Firstly it is by soap ad glory which are known for their great body products but this shower gel is in a league of it's own. This shower gel is more of a shower cream because it is very thick and creamy but it is lathers very well. Also I think the thing that i like the most about this product is that it has a built in body lotion, this leaves your skin so soft and it means that you don't have to moisturise after.

My third favourite is the garnier micellar cleansing water. To be honest I have had this for a while and not taken a second look at it but recently I have been using this almost everyday to take my eye makeup off. I usually use face wipes to take my makeup off. They often make my eyes irritated and my skin quite dry but this cleansing water takes my makeup off so easily. It also leaves my skin feel really soft and does not irritate my eyes.

My last favourite is the nivea essential care lip balm. I have been obsessed with this lip balm at the moment!! There is not anything really different about this lip balm, actually it looks pretty plain. This lip balm is a plain white colour, clear on the lips and has no scent but it makes my lips so soft! Also I have been reaching for this lip balm so much recently.

Anyway I hoped you liked this blogpost, also I have just joined bloglovin so please follow me on bloglovin it means a lot.

Top 3 body butters

Hi guys,
Today I have decided to show my top 3 body butters. All of these are firm favourites and I love using them on a regular basis. Also these are in no particular order.

The first favourite of mine is the Zoella candy cream body lotion. Well ok, it's not technically a body butter but I still use it on my body all time and I love it!!! First off I love the smell, it's a quite unusual scent but it still smells weirdly nice. Also it is amazing for softening skin, this is probably down to the bursting beads, which set it apart from the other body lotions. It is also not very thick so you don't have to wait forever for it to sink in.

The second favourite of mine is the Body Shop body butters. Here I have the papaya one but all of them are great. Firstly, the smell of Body Shop body butters is insane!! It is a very strong fruity smell, so if you don't like that type of smell I would not buy it. The cream is very thick quite makes it very moisturizing but it also takes a while to sink in. I would buy this if you like fruity scents and you want a deep moisturizer.

The third favourite of mine is the Vaseline Intensive Care Spray. This is also not a body butter but it's a great moisturizer. First off is very different from the others because it is scentless which is a bit disappointing because I prefer body products with a scent. Also is it is a spray-on cream which is a life saver for people who wake up late (like me). The spray is very runny but surprisingly moisturizing and didn't take forever to sink in. I would buy this if you don't have a lot of time in the morning to moisturize.

Anyway I hoped you enjoyed this blogpost

Sephora haul

Hi guys,
sorry I have not posted for a while but I'm back. So today I'm going to do Sephora haul because I went to Greece last week.

The first thing I got was a Sephora bronzer trio. the trio has a matte bronzer, metallic blush and a shiny highlighter. My favourite thing about this product is that the bronzer is dark and looks good on my skintone.

The second thing I brought was a Sephora blush in the shade sweet on you. this blush is a very pretty shade of pink and adds a bit of colour on your cheeks.

The fourth thing I brought from Sephora was the two faced better than sex mascara. this mascara has a hourglass shape to help curl your lashes and is a very black shade.

The next product I got was maybelline master link eyeliner. The eyeliner is very thin which means you can draw a very good cat eye.

The next thing I brought was the urban decay naked concealer. this concealer is lightweight and super blendable.

The last thing I brought was the urban decay de-slick spray. It is supposed to stop the meltdown of makeup and prevent oily skin.

I hope you enjoyed this blog post
